Is there a minimum order?

No minimum for retail purchases from the shop. Wholesale tiers start from 50 units per product with better prices as quantity grows.

Do prices include VAT?

Displayed prices and the final invoice follow the applicable tax rules, and every order comes with a compliant tax invoice.

How do I get a wholesale quote?

Send your product list and quantities from the Contact page and we get back with tiered pricing within 24 business hours.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery arrives within 2–4 business days for most regions, and express delivery within one business day in major cities.

When is shipping free?

Shipping is free for every order above 300 SAR inside the Kingdom, with no complicated conditions.

Can I print my logo?

Yes. We print your logo and colors on most products with flexible minimums. Send your logo from the Custom Printing page to start.

Do I see a preview before production?

Yes. Our print experts send you a preview of the design and colors to approve before we start production.

What is your return window?

You can return unused products in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Custom-printed orders are not returnable.
